About Sell Company Archive to AI

Behind this site are people who have read Box's fourteen-day request window, M-Files' training clause and section 1012 of the Companies Act so that a director or liquidator can see in one place whether an archive is still the company's to sell; the platform documents are stored and linked, and one of us answers every enquiry.

Why it is here

An archive's value to a training buyer is easy to see, but who owns it is not: the platform's contract, the people who wrote each document and the company's own legal status all bear on it, and a dissolved company may no longer own anything. This site sets those out side by side.

Written for

Directors and founders of companies with years of documents on shared drives or document systems, and the administrators, liquidators and accountants handling a company that is closing, who want to know whether the archive can be licensed or sold.

What the site covers

A quote form for one question, "sell company archive to ai", that runs right on the page with no sign-up, 4 guides on related questions, a table of figures you are free to cite (see the data and how it was made), and the list of sources behind every number.

Limits

  • We do not rate document platforms; each row is the platform's sentence and our short reading of it.
  • We never take files, links or login details through the form.
  • Nothing is passed to a platform named on the board.

Who is responsible

Get in touch

For anything about the site, see Contact or email enquiries@sellcompanyarchivetoai.com. Our Terms and Privacy pages set out the legal detail.

No document platform, records company or buyer pays for a place on this site, and none of the links earn a commission. Each answer is our reading of a published document, not legal advice on your contracts. How the site earns: if a company licenses or sells its archive to a buyer we introduced, our fee is 12.5% of the deal, with a minimum, when we are its exclusive agent, or 10%, with a minimum, when its documents join a bundle or the pool, agreed in writing first; whatever a buyer pays us goes back to the company as a credit.
